Removal, inspection, and reinstall
We remove the tent cleanly
First, we take the rooftop tent off your vehicle at the Beloeil garage. Bolts, rails, and mounting points get careful handling. So you do not climb an icy roof in wet gloves.
We note the condition before winter
Next, shells, closures, seals, and mounts are checked. The condition is noted before storage. Therefore, you know what was already worn, and what was not.
We reinstall in spring
When the season returns, we put the tent back on your vehicle. You leave without hunting for keys or nuts in the cold. Also, a $35 wash can be added if you ask for it.

Why a heated room and protected storage
A rooftop tent is not a plastic bin. The shell, seams, seals, foam, and mechanism do not like a long freeze. Also, damp air in an unheated garage causes slow damage.
Storage is protected, in a heated room. The tent spends the Quebec winter dry, away from snow, salt, and a parking-lot wall.
Leaving the tent on the roof all winter raises fuel use. The shell takes ice and branches. Covered parking gets harder. So storage takes that weight off the vehicle for the cold season.

The service covers hard-shell, soft-shell, and hybrid tents. James Baroud, Go Overland, WILDTEK, and other common brands are accepted. Still, a purchase from Exode Explore is not required.
Include the exact model in your email. We then confirm we can take it before holding a spot.

Remove the tent before road salt and the first freeze-thaw cycles. A $35 wash clears road dust before months of rest. Finally, note your vehicle too: a pickup rack and a van rack do not come off the same way.
