Materials and Unique Manufacturing

James Baroud stands out with recognized European manufacturing quality. The technical fabrics are developed in Europe to withstand extreme conditions.

The high-quality aluminum structure ensures rigidity and stability, even in sustained wind. The fabric reflects UV rays effectively. Thus, the temperature under the awning stays more pleasant on hot days.

Robust Freestanding Awning

The Freestanding 270° Falcon Awning faces weather with confidence. It protects a group of 6 people from rain and wind. Plus, its reflective design reduces the impact of the Canadian sun.

Thanks to its freestanding design, it can be deployed without immediate legs in calm weather. It offers comfortable height for all vehicle types. Thus, access to the roof top tent stays dry and practical.

Compatibilities of the James Baroud Falcon Freestanding 270 Awning

The Falcon is available in left or right versions to fit your vehicle perfectly. It attaches to sturdy standard roof bars. However, check your setup's load capacity.

It integrates perfectly with James Baroud tents, like the Odyssey models. You can also add optional side walls to turn the awning into an enclosed room.

Uses and Practical Cases

For a quick weekend, deploy it in seconds at a park or near a lake in Quebec. It creates an immediate shaded space for cooking or relaxing.

On multi-week road trips, it protects your campsite from persistent rains. In extended off-grid stays, it becomes a true kitchen shelter or common area. Thus, you stay comfortable even in tough conditions.

Practical Tips for Campers

In wind, anchor the awning firmly to the ground with the provided straps. Use optional side walls for maximum protection from rain.

During long drives, ensure the system is properly locked. Distribute weight evenly for optimal stability.

Before an off-grid expedition, test the full setup of the Freestanding 270° Falcon Awning. Combine it with LED lighting to create a cozy space in the evening.
