The VAN44 4th gen Tacoma roof rack fits the Double Cab from 2024 on. It carries a tent, a kayak, and gear for a weekend or a long haul. The cab stays clear for seats and the dog.

The 304 stainless frame stands up to road salt and rain. Then the textured black finish shrugs off strap marks. Aluminum bars keep the platform light without giving up strength.
The deflector cuts wind and holds a light bar in the notches. Also, install uses the factory roof points. You do not drill the cab.
Fitment and use cases
This rack fits the 2024+ Tacoma Double Cab. It follows OEM points for a tight, quiet fit. Still, always follow Toyota’s published roof limit. The rack rating does not replace the vehicle rating.
Weekend rooftop tent trip
Spread the tent feet across several of the 6 bars. Then the Tacoma stays planted on gravel corners. Keep the nose clear for the deflector and a low light bar.
Multi-week road trip
Mount a kayak or boards flat and set the heavy box at center. Next, measure total height before a parkade. A loaded Tacoma clears less overhead space.
Months off-grid
Use the 360 kg static rating at camp, not while driving. For example, a light tent and recovery boards is a sensible real-world cap. Rinse salt after winter, even on stainless.
