A Ford Bronco roof rack that does not drill
The 304 stainless frame stands up to road salt and mud. Then the textured powder coat limits strap marks. Aluminum bars keep the platform lighter than a full steel frame.
The deflector adds hooks and a light-bar mount. Also, install uses the factory points and the front roof member. You do not have to drill the hardtop.
Fitment and use cases
This rack fits the 2021-2026 Bronco. It is 254 cm long: check your roof before you order. Still, Ford publishes a 110 lb dynamic rating for the hardtop. The VAN44 rating does not replace that limit.
The rack reduces the load on the hardtop alone thanks to the front roof member. Cargo stays at the owner’s discretion.
Weekend rooftop tent trip
Pick a light tent and spread the feet across several bars. Then the Bronco stays stable on the rocks. Keep the front clear for the deflector and a low light bar.
Multi-week road trip
Keep water and food in the cabin or the rear. Next, measure the total height before a covered parking garage. A loaded Bronco clears less under low ceilings.
Months off-grid
The static rating is for camp, not while driving. For example, a light tent and boards remain a sensible real-world cap. Rinse mud and salt after every outing.
Install tips
Confirm the hardtop and roof length before you order. Finally, tighten to the stated torque and recheck after 100 km. Do not remove the roof with the rack still loaded.
