Bluetti RV5 RV electrical system kit + B4810 + Epanel + Epad 5 kW Complete RV Kit
The Bluetti RV5 + B4810 + Epanel + Epad complete RV kit combines the main components required to build a fully integrated electrical system for an RV, camper van, boat or off-grid installation. It includes the RV5 power hub, one or more B4810 batteries, the Epanel AC/DC smart distribution panel, the Epad control display and the primary wiring kits required for installation.
With 5,000 W of continuous AC output and 5,120 Wh of storage capacity per B4810 battery, the system can power demanding equipment such as refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, electronics and compatible RV air conditioners. Depending on the configuration selected, you can start with 5.12 kWh and expand to 10.24 or 15.36 kWh with two or three batteries.
- Included: 1 × Bluetti RV5 power hub, 1 × B4810 battery with optional 2- or 3-battery configurations, 1 × Epanel, 1 × Epad and 0406, 0407 and 0430 wiring kits.
- AC output: 5,000 W continuous at 120 V with up to 10,000 W surge power.
- Battery capacity: 5,120 Wh per B4810 LiFePO4 battery.
- Configurations: 5.12 kWh with 1 battery, 10.24 kWh with 2 batteries or 15.36 kWh with 3 batteries.
- Solar charging: Up to 1,800 W.
- Vehicle charging: Up to 600 W from a 12 V system or 1,200 W from a 24 V system.
- AC charging: Up to 5,000 W from a compatible AC power source.
- Distribution: Up to 8 AC circuits and 20 DC circuits through the Epanel.
- Smart circuits: 4 AC and 6 DC circuits with electronic monitoring and control.
- Control: 10.1-inch Epad touchscreen and BLUETTI app for system monitoring and management.
- DC output: 12 V up to 100 A / 1,360 W or 24 V up to 60 A / 1,620 W.
The main advantage of this kit is integration. The RV5 acts as the core of the energy system, the B4810 stores energy, the Epanel distributes power to the vehicle's AC and DC circuits, and the Epad provides centralized monitoring and control through a single interface.
This architecture allows several independent electrical components to be replaced by a system designed to work together. Solar charging, alternator charging, shore power, AC conversion, DC distribution, battery storage and system monitoring can all be integrated within one ecosystem.
Complete RV Kit Compatibility and Expansion
The system is built around the Bluetti RV5 power hub, B4810 battery, Epanel and Epad. BLUETTI designed these components to operate together as a centralized energy system for RVs, boats and off-grid installations.
Battery capacity can be selected according to your desired level of autonomy. One battery provides 5.12 kWh, two batteries provide 10.24 kWh and three batteries provide 15.36 kWh while using the same RV5 power hub, distribution panel and control interface.
The A-AKIT-UN-0406, A-AKIT-UN-0407 and A-AKIT-UN-PANEL-0430 wiring kits provide the battery connection, vehicle charging connection and RV5-to-Epanel connection respectively.
Smart Distribution with Epanel and Epad
The Epanel is one of the key differences between this complete package and a basic RV5 system. It combines up to 8 AC circuits and 20 DC circuits in one distribution panel. Of these, 4 AC and 6 DC circuits can be electronically monitored and controlled.
The Epad acts as the central system interface. Its 10.1-inch touchscreen provides visibility into energy flow, battery status and connected equipment, while the BLUETTI app adds convenient system monitoring and control.
RV, Camper Van and Overlanding Applications
For weekend camping trips, the 5.12 kWh configuration already provides substantial energy for refrigeration, lighting, water pumps, AC outlets and cooking appliances. The 5,000 W AC inverter also allows the system to support several high-demand appliances without requiring a complex collection of separate electrical components.
On multi-week road trips, solar and alternator charging allow energy to be recovered while driving and while parked at camp. The Epad provides a quick overview of charging and consumption so you can manage available battery capacity more effectively.
For extended off-grid travel or full-time vehicle living, the 10.24 or 15.36 kWh configurations provide additional reserve for air conditioning, heating, cooking, refrigeration and other everyday loads.
Practical Tips for the Complete Bluetti RV Kit
Before installation, plan the location of the RV5, batteries, Epanel and Epad to keep cable runs reasonable and maintain convenient service access. In a moving vehicle, the RV5 should be floor-mounted rather than wall-mounted. BLUETTI specifically states that wall mounting the RV5 is not permitted in mobile applications.
Use the included wiring kits according to Bluetti's installation diagrams and follow the specified AC, DC and communication connections between each component. Verify polarity and terminal tightness before powering up the system for the first time.
Once installed, configure the Epad and BLUETTI app to monitor battery status, energy flow and smart circuits. Periodically inspect all electrical connections and mounting hardware, particularly after extended travel on rough or gravel roads.
